We guarantee that our milk comes only from farms in our cooperative. These lie along the northern Alpine ridge between the Watzmann and Zugspitze mountains.
All of our speciality milk is processed at our only production facility in Piding. We do not outsource production.

- In a way, you could say that cows are our most important employees. Healthy cows are crucial when it comes to milk quality.
- Our farmers look after only a small number of animals, which means they can provide intensive, individual care.
- The basic feed is natural and appropriate for each species. Grass may be fresh in the meadow, cut in the stable or preserved as hay or silage.
- To give the cattle more exercise, we support our farmers with a team of advisers and a bonus system.

Unsere Ziele:
- Wir arbeiten daran, unsere Verpackungsmaterialien sowie deren Einsatz stetig zu optimieren. So bieten wir immer mehr Verpackungen aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen bzw. im Mehrweg-Gebinde, je nach Transportweg, an. Bei unseren Tetra Top® Verpackungen haben wir bereits einen Anteil von 94 % an nachwachsenden Rohstoffen erreicht. Unser Ziel sind die 100 %!
- FSC®-zertifizierte Produkte tragen zum Schutz der Wälder weltweit bei. Bereits ein Großteil unseres Sortiments ist auf FSC®-zertifiziertes Material umgestellt. Ab August 2022 wird die Maßnahme auf unser komplettes Sortiment ausgeweitet.
- Neben der Verwendung umweltfreundlicher Verpackungen ist unser Ziel, möglichst viel Verpackungsmaterial einzusparen. So verwenden wir beispielsweise einen Zweikomponentenbecher, der im Vergleich zu einem Kunststoffbecher gleicher Größe bis zu 50 % Plastik einspart.
- Wichtig ist uns auch eine verstärkte Aufklärung zum Thema Mülltrennung und -entsorgung. Daher informieren wir regelmäßig über verschiedene Plattformen wie auch auf unseren Social-Media-Kanälen darüber.
