Our milk comes from small, family-run farms in the Alpine region between the Watzmann, the Wilder Kaiser and the Zugspitze. They are all members of our dairy’s co-operative.

Our values
Quality
Milk is a natural product. Our cows’ main diet consists predominantly of grass. Thanks to modern technology and gentle processing methods, the valuable nutrients are preserved. As a premium producer, we are committed to delivering excellent products.
Sustainability
From the farm to the dairy, we think and operate in closed-loop systems. We promote biodiversity in agriculture and were pioneers in avoiding the use of genetic engineering, glyphosate and feed imported from overseas. Our efforts were recognised with the German Sustainability Award 2019/2024.
Fairness
We recognise the work of our farmers by paying them a reliable – and therefore fair – price for their milk. We safeguard the livelihoods of our cooperative farms and preserve the unique cultural landscape of the mountain region.
Animal welfare
Our family-run farms keep an average of 35 cows per farm and know their animals by name. Our commitment to cow comfort is in the animals’ best interests. All cows are free to move about as they please.
